Passenger car production increased in Azerbaijan in November

1 642 passenger cars have been produced in Azerbaijan in January-November of this year, the State Statistics Committee told APA- Economics.

The passenger car production has been decreased by 20,8% in 11 months in comparison to the analogical period of the previous year. 145 passenger cars have been produced in the country only in November, and this is 26,1% more in comparison to October. There were 188 units of finished products left in warehouses as of December 1.

Recall that the decrease in passenger car production is because of the quarantine regime applied in the country within the framework of coronavirus pandemic. Thus, passenger car production has been canceled in the country in April of the current year. The production has been resumed only in July.
