Google has paid a fine of 700,000 roubles or $10,900 for failing to delete search results linked to banned information, Russian communications watchdog Roskomnadzor said Friday, APA reports citing Sputnik.

In July, the Russian watchdog Roscomnadzor fined Google for failing to filter its traffic in accordance with strict Russian internet laws, which require certain content to be censored.
