"The process of admission of Donetsk and Lugansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine to the Russian Federation will be completed with additions and amendments to the Russian Constitution on the basis of President Vladimir Putin’s relevant decree," Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Andrey Klishas said, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
Note that Federal Council has today ratified treaties on the admission of 4 regions of Ukraine to Russia.
