The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on conferring the highest military ranks to servicemen of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, APA reports.
According to the Order, the following military servicemen of the the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been awarded the highest military ranks:
Military –rank of colonel-general
to lieutenant-general Arzu Yusif oglu Rahimov
the highest military rank of major general
to colonel Azad Huseyn oglu Aliyev
to colonel Natig Sahib oglu Garayev
