“Azerbaijani-Iranian relations are multifaceted and deep,” said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev during the meeting with a delegation led by the Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran, Co-Chair of the Iran-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Joint Economic Cooperation Commission Rustam Gasemi, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, two countries closely cooperate in health, trade, energy, customs, and other fields of economy.
Sh. Mustafayev also noted that there are great opportunities for further development of current relations.
Deputy PM informed the Iranian side about the restoration works carried out in the liberated territories from the occupation and future plans.
In his turn, R. Gasemi talked about breadth of economic ties and opportunities for their development.
