In January-October of the current year, 31 003 thousand tones of oil was transported via main oil pipelined in Azerbaijan, which is 6,6% up in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
78,8% of the transportation was implemented via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil export pipeline. During the reporting period, 24 428,1 thousand tones of oil was transported via the pipeline.
According to the information, during the reporting period, 4 131,1 thousand tones of transit oil (46,8% more in annual comparison) was transported via BTC.
