Leyla Abdullayeva: “Targeting of civil facilities on site of Tovuz region was brought to notice of Serbian diplomat”

“Yesterday, the temporary charge d’affaires of Serbia was invited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, said Leyla Abdullayeva, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan at a press conference held today, APA reports.

L. Abdullayeva said it was noted that the sale of arms by Serbia to Armenia doesn’t meet the spirit of Azerbaijan-Serbia relations: “The targeting of civil facilities on the site of Tovuz region was brought to the notice. During the meeting, the temporary charge d’affaires of Serbia said he was unaware of the issue of sale of arms and he will report this issue to his country’s leaders”.
