"The postponed Washington talks between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia may take place," Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan told journalists, APA reports.
Speaking about Azerbaijan's response to Yerevan's peace agreement proposals, Khachatryan noted that there is an exchange of views between the parties and they should not dwell on this issue only:
"What is important is that during the last discussions and negotiations, the positions of the parties have converged."
