The second meeting of Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council has been held in Moscow entitled "The 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan: road passed and development prospects of bilateral relations in context of regional and global cooperation", APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
The meeting has been organized by Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and Azerbaijan's Center for Analysis of International Relations
The members of the council also adopted a communique reflecting the practical recommendations of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council on various aspects of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
