"Uzbekistan stood firm in the position of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity on the basis of international law during all these years," the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said during the inauguration of the Heydar Aliyev Square in Tashkent, APA reports.
He noted that we have talked about this wherever possible, and always supported this resolutely and strongly: "I once again congratulate brotherly Azerbaijani people on behalf of the Uzbek people and me on the occasion of this Victory".
