EU works with Azerbaijan to overcome energy dependence, said Witold de Chevilly, the executive director of the think tank "New Direction" from Belgium, at the 1st Forum of Azerbaijan think tanks, APA reports.
"The EU works with other partners to eliminate energy dependence and solve the problem, including Azerbaijan. Europe is also interested in the potential of the Central Asian region. However, for this cooperation, it is important to create a corridor between the West and the East. Here, the importance of the Zangazur Corridor emerges again," - Vitold de Chevilly noted.
During his speech, he also emphasized the construction of new infrastructure and rapid construction of transport projects in the liberated areas.
