"Assessment work is carried out rapidly to restore the houses damaged as a result of the Armenian provocation. Once these issues are resolved, work will begin," reads the article written by Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov and published "Azerbaijan" newspaper, APA reports.

Mr. Heydarov said that the Ministry of Emergency Situations, established as a result of the bright ideas of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the attention and care of President Ilham Aliyev, has been honorably and tirelessly fulfilling the President's instructions to ensure the security of citizens: "During the past years, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reviewed the social situation of the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as the improvement of housing and living conditions, the awarding of honorary titles, orders and medals to outstanding employees,   At each moment of the awarding of the highest military and special ranks, the personnel covered by the highest state care mobilized to make more serious efforts to reliably protect the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies.
