“If Armenia observing ceasefire respects the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and neighboring countries, then our relations can be normalized,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in his speech on finals of the year, APA’s Turkey bureau reports.
He said that Armenia and its people will benefit more from this normalization.
Reminding of that Turkish servicemen are in Azerbaijan, the head of MFA stressed within his visit to Sochi, he discussed the Russia-Turkey joint center over monitoring ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.
