“Foreign minister of the separatist regime” Karen Mirzoyan told Armenian journalists that the flights from Khojaly airport will not be resumed unless their technical security is fully ensured.
Mirzoyan did not announce exact date for the opening of airport: “I can not say exact date. Restoration of the airport entered the final stage last year. Our goal is to avoid man-made hazards as much as possible. We consider that the airport should ensure maximum safety of the passengers. Airport’s normal operation will be resumed after all terms are ensured.”
