Azerbaijan courts postpone many trials during special quarantine regime
Supreme Court has released information regarding measures, which should be taken in courts in order to prevent the danger of the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The information reads given the special quarantine regime is imposed from 00:00 on December 14, 2020, to 00:00 on January 18, 2021, in the country courts should temporarily postpone the consideration of other pending trials, except for cases that need to be considered urgently.
