Number of institutions monitoring violation of regimes associated with pandemic increased in Azerbaijan

The number of institutions monitoring violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes has been increased, APA reports.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed relevant decree in this regard.

Based on the change, the cases related to administrative offences arising from violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes will be considered by the institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan that has started administrative proceeding for those cases, by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan in regard to performers of entrepreneurial activity (except for public catering, tourism and hotel (including other entities of hotel type) activity) and their senior officials, as well as by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the person of State Tax Service and State Service for Firght against Monopoly and Control over Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in regard to entrepreneurial entities functioning in the area of public catering and their senior officials, as well as by Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and also by the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan in regard to the entrepreneurial entities engaged in tourism and hotel (including entities of hotel type) activity and their senior officials.
