Office of the Cabinet of Ministers and UN Country Board discuss initiative to provide humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan

A meeting in a video format on discussing the initiative of the United Nations (UN) Country Board to provide humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan in a number of areas has been held by the participation of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and representatives of the government, as well as heads of UN agencies in Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.

Information on the continuous military provocation of Armenia against Azerbaijan has been provided by the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers at the meeting.

It was noted that as a result of shelling of our residential settlements by the Armenian armed forces from heavy artillery systems and rocket systems beginning from September 27, a significant number of civilian persons were killed and wounded, the residential buildings, civilian and other facilities were destructed. He said Armenia has been ignoring the world community’s calls for peace, the four resolutions of the UN Security Council for about 30 years.
