Armenia targeted Azerbaijani civilian people, as well as infrastructure objects in cities and regions, which were away from conflict zone and frontline, committed crimes against humanity and war crimes by using different weapons, artillery, and ballistic missiles, killed our civilians, and seriously damaged people's properties, infrastructure objects during the Patriotic war, APA reports.
A part of people, whose residential places destroyed as a result of missile attacks of Armenia on Ganja city, have been provided with new flats on Novruz Holiday.
