Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, explained what technical issues remain between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russian co-chairman of the tripartite working group said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
He said that these are technical but very important details.
"We are talking about the procedure for crossing the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. How will border and customs control be carried out. These are questions that the deputies of the prime minister will discuss in Moscow a week later," said Overchuk.
