On September 25, the next round of negotiations with the representatives of Garabagh's Armenian-origin residents is being held in Khojaly city of Azerbaijan, APA's Garabagh bureau reports.
The central authorities of Azerbaijan are represented at the meeting by Ramin Mammadov, responsible for contacts with Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Ramin Mammadov was appointed by President Ilham Aliyev in March of this year as the person responsible for contacts with Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan.
