ICRC: Azerbaijan still has over 3800 people who went missing due to conflict

There are still more than 3,800 missing people in Azerbaijan related to the conflict, the Azerbaijani mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross told APA.

"During the years of our activities, we have collected approximately 11,000 biological reference samples from family members of missing persons and handed them over to the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We have also shared information about suspected burial sites with relevant agencies and supported exhumation projects in 3 districts by providing technical advice and donating various supplies," said ICRC.
