In January- August of the current year about 21,31 mln oil has been transferred through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline that is 4,4% less in comparison to the same period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing State Statistical Committee.
During the reporting period, more than 3,1 mln tons of transit oil has also been transferred through BTC pipeline. It is 37,87% less in the annual average.
According to the Committee, during the previous period about 26,4 mln. tons of oil has been transferred through the main oil pipelines of Azerbaijan. (3,64% decline)
