In accordance with the forecast of OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries), the production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan will be reduced in the long-term perspective, APA-Economics reports citing annually report of World Oil Outlook (WOO) of OPEC.
According to the forecast, in 2020-2030, production of daily oil and other liquid hydrocarbons will be stable in Azerbaijan and will make up at the level of 0,7 mln barrels. But, it is assumed that this figure will fall to 0,6 mln barrels in 2035-2040.
