Parliament’s security and defense commission meets

Standing Security and Defense Affairs Commission of Azerbaijani Parliament held a meeting, APA reports.
Issue regarding the amendments on the assertion of Azerbaijan Armed Forces Garrison and Guard Duty regulations and Armed Forces Interior Service regulations was debated at the meeting. Vice-speaker of the Parliament, the chairman of commission Ziyafat Asgarov stated that military secret notion is intended to be substituted with state secret in the drafts which is sent to Parliament at the legislative initiative of Azerbaijani President.
As degree and list of secrets were given in draft on “State secret” there is no need for notion military secret in those drafts. After the debate, the members of the commission presented both documents to parliament for debating. /APA/
