There are wide opportunities for cooperation with China in the field of transport," said President Ilham Aliyev as he addressed the Nizami Ganjavi International Center’s web discussion themed “The South Caucasus: Regional Development and Prospective for Cooperation, APA reports.
Noting that Chinese companies invest in Azerbaijan's energy sector, the head of state said that one of the important areas for the development of bilateral cooperation is people-to-people contacts. Azerbaijan also has a trade mission in China: "We have very good relations with China."
