Associations and enterprises subordinate to the Ministry of Defense Industry have envisaged establishing 67 new weapons and military equipment and other military property (experimental and constructor work) based on “orders” of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defense Industry told APA.
After completion of experimental constructor works, weapons are produced and handed over to the Armed forces accordingly.
“156 information was created over the past years (experimental constructor works) and more than 1000 items (nomenclature) were appropriated and the Armed Forces were equipped with these products,” the information reads.
