Shortening of days and cooling the weather are already felt in the middle of autumn much more," said Director of National Hydrometeorology Department Bureau of Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry Umayra Tagiyeva, APA reports.
"October of this year started with dropping weather temperature and rainy and drizzle days. Even in some regions, over the latest six days rainfall in the amount of monthly normal, has been recorded, rainfall has become intensive and strong, snow has fallen in mountainous areas," noted U. Tagiyeva.
