A large number of weapons were seized from the criminals eliminated in armed resistance against law enforcement officers during the operations conducted over the bloody events that took place in Azerbaijan’s Ganja city in early July, said Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov at a board meeting held at the Prosecutor General’s Office on Monday, APA reports.
Garalov noted that during operational measures guns, ammunition, grenades and cold steel arms were seized from the neutralized criminals, as well as from the homes of the detainees, and were taken as material evidence.
