"Turkish personnel, who will operate in the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, is already in Azerbaijan," said head of press service of the Ministry of Defense, colonel Vagif Dargahli, APA reports.
He noted that the Turkey-Russia Joint Monitoring Center established in accordance with the relevant article of the joint statement signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation, and Armenian Prime Minister is starting operating from today.
“The Turkish servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center came to Azerbaijan. To note that, the Russian servicemen to be represented at the Joint Monitoring Center are already in our country” said Colonel V.Dargahli.
