Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova described on Tuesday Washington's remarks it is considering designating her country as a state sponsor of terrorism as a United States propaganda move, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"This is necessary in order to convince those who have not yet broken. This is needed today, now, this is an every-second idea that has appeared, which is not supported by either law or facts, no one talks about facts at all, this is necessary today for Washington's information and propaganda activities," Zakharova stated on Solovyov Live.
Her comments come after US Department of State Spokesperson told CNN that Washington is considering designating Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism amid its military operation in Ukraine.
