"Russia faces economic, financial, and technological aggression," said Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, putting Russia in an economic blitzkrieg did not work.
Putin said that the number of people who are at risk of dismissal from work is growing in the country; almost 234 thousand employees are on simple and compulsory leave.
"GDP decline has slowed to 4.3%, economic activity has increased, inflation after peaking in April fell to 14.1% on September 5. There are grounds to expect inflation near 12% for this year. In general, the economy is on the path of growth," the Russian President said.
