Latvian Observer: “Parliamentary elections have been held relevant to European standards”

“Snap Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan have been held in accordance with high democratic standards like in Europe”, said representation of Observation Mission from Latvia, monitoring snap parliamentary elections Armands Krauze, APA reports.

According to him, it is very estimable case that many local observers took part in polling stations: “It means political issues are in the focus of attention of society too. It is essential point. Even I would say society’s such activity is not seen in other European countries”, said A. Krauze.

He stressed voting process was satisfactory both in capital and in regions from organization point of view.
