President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today signed a decree approving the "Regulations on the Economic Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and repealing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1565 dated July 31, 2017 "On approval of the Regulations of the Financial Stability Board of the Republic of Azerbaijan", APA reports that according to the decree, "Regulations on the Economic Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan" were approved.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is instructed to resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1565 of July 31, 2017 “On Approval of the Regulations of the Financial Stability Board of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2017, № 7, Article 1375) was repealed.
