Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament: “About 500 letters have been sent to foreign parliaments to expose Armenian fascists”

“19 meetings have been held and 86 laws have been adopted at the autumn session of the Milli Majlis” said the speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova at today’s meeting of Milli Majlis, APA reports.

She has noted that The MM has fully fulfilled its legislative powers.

“Our main tool was parliamentary diplomacy. All works have been implemented to expose Armenian fascists. About 500 letters have been sent to the foreign parliaments. Our deputies have held online meetings with their colleagues in foreign countries, phone conversations and done their best to support justice. The Milli Majlis has adopted an appeal to President Ilham Aliyev. We have congratulated the wise leader on the occasion of the end of the Karabakh war and delivered our gratitude to our people. The members of the French and Italian interparliamentary friendship groups came to Azerbaijan after the end of Patriotic War and got acquainted with the crimes committed by Armenian terrorists” S. Gafarova has noted.
