The Belgorod village of Nekhoteevka, which is located about 700 meters from the border with Ukraine, came under fire, APA reports citing Oopstop.
Eight buildings, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged, said the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“There is a victim, a man with a shrapnel wound to the shin. All necessary medical care is being provided,” he wrote in his Telegram.
