The Russian army captured the city of Kreminna, located in the west of the Luhansk region of Ukraine, the head of the Lugansk region Serhiy Haidai announced this on Facebook, APA reports.
"The invaders have seized control of Kreminna‼ ️Fighting continues. Evacuation from the city is no longer possible. People are being evacuated from Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Popasna, Khorsk and Rubizhne. Take care of your children!", he said.
