A new building of Pashabayli village kindergarten of Aghdam district has been commissioned within the framework of program, conducted by Japan government, APA's local bureau reports.
The opening ceremony has been attended by the head of Aghdam District Executive Power, Japan Ambassador to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada.
Ambassador extended condolences to Azerbaijani people over war victims: "Especially, children and civilians' becoming victims impressed us too much."
Japan diplomat noted restoration process will be a long process: "As a government, we are also ready to demonstrate our support."
