“We have not seen an objective assessment from UNESCO,” said Azerbaijani Culture Minister Anar Karimov at today’s press conference at ADA University, APA reports.
He said UNESCO had made two statements on the issue: “But these statements did not satisfy us. Because their statements did not confess the cultural terrorism of Armenians. Unfortunately, we did not see any appeal from UNESCO against Armenia during these 30 years, and hearing such a biased statement from UNESCO after 44 days of war regretted us. We hope that the UNESCO will perceive its mistake and if it intends to send a technical mission in the future, it will happen only within the framework of our terms. We hope that UNESCO giving up biased, double standards will behave objectively and will present happenings in the liberated territories from occupation in an objective form to the world.”
