Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif's visit to Baku will be rescheduled, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh in response to APA's inquiry regarding the postponement of Zarif's visits to Baku and Moscow.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said that all members of the Cabinet of Ministers were required to participate in the discussions on the state budget. Zarif's visits to Baku and Moscow have been postponed and the program will be rescheduled.

"The purpose of the visit is to discuss the Karabakh issue. Of course, the development of bilateral relations will also be discussed. Iran is interested in developing relations with Azerbaijan and Russia. Iran is developing relations with Azerbaijan. Iran's policy is good neighborliness, to reduce the problems in the region to zero for the region and neighboring countries. Although Iran seeks to establish equal relations with other countries, some countries are more important to Iran due to their historical past and common similarities. Azerbaijan is also among these countries," said the Spokesperson.
