“Large-scale restoration and construction works have been started in areas affected by major destruction as a result of Armenian occupation,” said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov at the commemoration ceremony dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of January 20 tragedy, held in Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports.
According to him, the process of return of IDPs to their native lands is underway.
“We believe in the victory of Azerbaijan’s peace agenda,” Deputy Minister noted.
