Russia supports the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian public representatives, said the official of Russian Foreign Ministry Mariya Zakharova at the briefing held today, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
“We believe that the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian public representatives achieved its aim,” M. Zakharova stressed.
According to her, the meeting was marked by a spirit of constructive dialogue on sensitive humanitarian issues, including the return of detainees and the handing over of maps of mined areas by Armenia.
