Baku-Istanbul-Baku flights to be launched from July 1

In order to facilitate the arrival of Azerbaijani citizens in Turkey, including students, and the departure of Azerbaijani citizens to Turkey for various personal reasons, starting from July 1, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and Turkish Airlines (THY) will operate Baku-Istanbul twice a week by mutual agreementç special flights will be operated in the direction of Baku and Istanbul-Baku-Istanbul, Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

Citizens who are in other countries and want to return to Azerbaijan, including students, will be able to come to Azerbaijan on this route using the transit facilities of Istanbul Airport.

AZAL flights will be operated on Thursdays and Saturdays, and THY flights will be operated on Wednesdays and Fridays.
