"Azersu" Open Joint Stock Company is taking relevant steps to restore drinking water supply to Lachin city, Sus, and Zabukh villages, which were taken under full control by the Azerbaijani Army, APA reports.
Initially, the existing water source, water reservoirs, highway, and water lines network of the city were inspected.
Design works have been started to provide sustainable water supply to the city of Lachin. Specialists inspected the subartesian area, reservoirs, and pumping stations and assessed the situation on the spot. It was decided to restore the subartesian wells, pumping station, and other hydro-technical facilities,l wash and clean the reservoirs and return them to operation.
