Works of mapping of topographic condition of territories for execution of construction-renovation works and new infrastructure projects in Karabakh region are carried out, APA reports.
Head of Geodesy and Cartography Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Nazim Ismayilov said that works have firstly been started from Shusha city and the process will cover all territories of the region.
Works, aimed at the study of geographical and geometric elements of Shusha city and development of a detailed topographic map, are currently conducted by a group, consisting of our specialists.
According to the Department official, development of topographic maps of territories is essential for realization of infrastructure projects in all fields of economy in Karabakh region and surrounding districts and these maps will provide a reasonable ground for execution of reconstruction works, which will be conducted.
