“Today, the fog has been observed again in Baku and Absheron peninsula due to the deep inversion layer and the growth of relative humidity on the country’s territory beginning from the evening hours”, said the hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department Asif Verdiyev in his statement to APA.
He noted that in parallel with still air, the quantity of dust also slightly exceeds the norm on some territories.
“The foggy weather condition is expected to continue till afternoon hours on March 15”, he said.
