As it was reported earlier, beginning from July 12, the ceasefire regime has been blatantly violated on the site of the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan-Armenia state border by the Armenian armed forces, and our positions have been subjected to fire, Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
The visual inspection of the scene of the incident was immediately conducted by the officers of the Prosecutor’s Office and the police department, the material proofs were collected, the specialists were involved in the determination of the amount of the caused damage and other necessary investigative actions were implemented.
The criminal case has been initiated in the Tovuz region prosecutor’s office in regard to this incident.
Currently, the necessary and intensive investigative measures under this case are being continued.
