During control measures, conducted by employees of the internal bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, activity of 11 catering faclities, 3 of them in Baku, which violated anti-epidemics regime, have been found on April 3-4, press service the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) told APA.
Owners of these facilities have been administratively fined.
It was stated that during the last day, based on relevant clause of the Administrative Offences Code, the penalty has been applied to a total of 5,062 people including 3,718 people in Baku City for their attempts to pass through special police posts established in the country’s cities and regions, as well as through the intermediate and auxiliary roads situated far from those posts and for violation of the quarantine regime, while 9 people were arrested in administrative proceedings.
“We once again demand our citizens to unconditionally obey all requirements of the Operative Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers”, the report notes.
