President Erdogan noted that one of the regions that will benefit most from the victory in Karabakh will be the Kars province of Turkey: “As a result of the determined combat of our Azerbaijani brothers, the Azerbaijani flag is proudly waving in Nagorno-Karabakh. We will have direct contact with Azerbaijan after the restoration of the road and railway between Nakhchivan and Azerbaijan. Kars is one of the places that benefit the most from this. “
