“Turkey's involvement in ceasefire monitoring process in Karabakh is a stabilizing factor,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in his speech at Primakov readings forum, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
“The Russian-Turkish Joint Center for Ceasefire Monitoring operates in Karabakh. Joint observation of what is happening on the ground using technical means from the territory of Azerbaijan is provided. This is a very useful component of the general agreement. This is a stabilizing factor,” the head of Russian MFA said.
