France, together with other OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, will continue to work towards the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Aurelia Bouchez said during her visit to Tartar district, APA reported.
Under the instructions of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs organized a visit of foreign diplomatic representatives accredited in Azerbaijan, heads of international organizations and media representatives to the district of Tartar.
“It is essential to achieve a lasting and negotiated solution to all problems in order to ensure the socio-economic and cultural development of each society,” noted the French envoy.
During the trip to Tartar, Aurelia Bouchez viewed a newly built multi-storey residential complex for 1,170 IDP families in the district.
The French diplomat praised the work done in Tartar to improve the living conditions of IDPs. “Every work should be based on the human factor and the improvement of living conditions,” she added.
